Delta Force: Hawk Ops is an upcoming first-person tactical shooter made by Team Jade and TiMi Studio Group. As the PC alpha approaches, the developers have launched an official trailer revolving around Havoc Warfare, one of the two modes available during the testing phase.

The free-to-play game has set standards for tactical shooters, providing players with a completely different experience compared to franchises such as Call of Duty and Halo.

The official testing starts on the 6th of August, so we suggest you register as soon as possible!

Completely New FPS Standards and Mechanics

The official trailer gives us lots of valuable information about the Havoc Warfare mode, but also the game in general. Most notably, it seems the action in Havoc Warfare is much faster compared to Delta Force: Xtreme and Delta Force: Black Hawk Down.

Like the previous Delta Force iterations, this game puts emphasis on destructible objects. You will also have lots of fun with weapon attachments and vehicle customization. Each operative has a unique set of abilities, which increases the game’s replayability.

Players joining alpha testing will gain access to the game’s two main multiplayer modes. Hazard Operations features 3-person teams who will need to scavenge for map resources. Then you also have Havoc Warfare, featured in the trailer, which is a massive 32 vs. 32 arena-style battle.

The developers are doing their best to increase the size of alpha testing by providing cosmetics based on the number of registered players.

Joining the alpha testing will give you a headstart over other players, boosting your score during the first few weeks of matchmaking.

While Delta Force: Hawk Ops might not achieve the same level of popularity as FPS stalwarts like Counter-Strike or Call of Duty, it’s sure to give players a unique experience.

So provided you make it into the alpha, you can enjoy a hectic battle in Havoc Warfare mode or the slow tactical approach Hazard Operations provides. Fingers crossed it’s a smash-hit!
