Dealing with injuries like sprains and breaks is a common occurrence in the zombie survival game 7 Days to Die. A sprained leg or knee can significantly impact your health and mobility, while a broken arm or leg can further diminish your health and slow you down even more. Each injury comes with a timer indicating how long you will be affected.
It’s crucial to remember that when dealing with a sprain, it’s best to avoid sprinting or jumping as it will prolong the recovery time. Save your energy for moments when you’re facing immediate danger.
Painkillers can help alleviate the effects of a sprain and can usually be found while looting. However, for broken bones, you’ll need splints and casts, which are more scarce and can only be crafted with the Physician skill. To unlock this skill, you must first invest two points into the Intellect attribute and then spend one point to acquire the Physician skill.
