Games developer Remedy Entertainment recently announced a significant increase in revenue for the first half of 2024. According to the report, Remedy saw a remarkable 33.7% rise in revenue compared to the previous year.
Included in the financial report, Remedy provided an update on the sales performance of Alan Wake 2. Despite receiving critical acclaim and winning the Finnish Game of the Year award, commercial sales of the game remained modest.
Further analysis of the report indicated that during the second quarter of 2024, Remedy recorded a 16.2% revenue growth, amounting to $11.25 million (€10.3 million).
